I used greenline.co.uk to check some travel info and make a booking, and to be fair, it mostly did what I needed. The pages loaded fine, and I found the main details without getting completely lost. From the general tone of the site, I kind of assumed it was meant to be straightforward and no-fuss, which it mostly was.
That said, some bits felt a little dated, especially on my phone. I had to tap around more than I expected, and the layout could definitely be clearer in places. It wasn’t a bad experience, just not especially smooth or modern either.

The whole experience with the staff was dreadful. I only had a simple question about my booking, but somehow it turned into this ridiculous runaround where I kept getting passed from one person to another, only to be told to just check online. It genuinely felt like I was committing some great crime by asking for help. When something goes wrong, you expect at least a bit of support, not to be treated like a nuisance. I definitely wouldn’t use them again if this is what their service is like.

"Really uncomfortable trip"
This was a uncomfortable ride. The seats felt cramped and hard, and the bus was stuffy the whole way, so I couldn’t really relax at all. By the time I arrived, I was tired and frustrated. I’d expect at least an apology for how unpleasant the trip was.

"Timetable was nowhere near right"
I used Green Line expecting the times on the site to be accurate, but the coach was so late it basically threw off my whole morning 😕 There wasn’t any clear update either, so I was just standing there waiting and hoping it would show up.
I totally get that traffic and delays happen, but if the schedule is going to be that far off, it makes you wonder what the point is of listing exact times in the first place

"Uncomfortable Ride"
I took a Green Line coach recently, the seats were awful. They felt really hard, there wasn’t much leg room, and my back started hurting not long into the trip. By the time I got off, I just felt stiff and uncomfortable. If I have another option next time, I’ll probably avoid it.

"The bus was honestly disgusting"
I got on and immediately wished I hadn’t. The seats were dirty, the smell was awful, i don’t have patience for that when I’m just trying to get from one place to another. It really wasn’t okay

Had a bit of an issue at first and had to chase them a little, which was kind of annoying, but they did fix it in the end. Sooo overall, it turned out fine.

"Not really worth it, especially with changing terms"
I felt like the price was too high for what I actually got. I was already a bit disappointed, and then the terms seemed to change from what I expected, which just made the whole thing more frustrating. For the money, I was hoping for a lot better

I had a uncomfortable trip with Green Line. The driver seemed irritated right from the start and barely answered when people asked simple questions. At one point, he snapped at a couple of passengers for no real reason, and I felt kind of embarrassed just sitting there. The whole ride felt awkward and unprofessional, which is disappointing when you’ve paid for a ticket

I was already not in the best mood, and the onboard setup didn’t help. The toilet was grim, and the seats felt cramped enough to make the whole trip feel a bit miserable.

"Kept Waiting Without Any Updates"
I was left waiting with no real updates, which was frustrating. I don’t expect everything to be perfect, but I do think a basic level of communication should be standard. A quick message or some kind of proper update would have made a big difference.

"Got it booked in the end"
Got my booking sorted in the end, so that’s the main thing. Using greenline.co.uk was mostly straightforward, but a couple of pages were a bit slow to load and I found myself double-checking the travel times just to be sure. Not a bad experience, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

"Not really something you can count on"
I've had to use Greenline a few times, there's just something about it that feels really unreliable. The buses show up late, the updates aren't very clear, and you end up just standing there wondering what's going on. I get that delays happen, but when it keeps happening, it gets frustrating. Definitely not ideal if you actually need to get somewhere on time.

I didn’t feel like safety was a big priority on this trip. Everything felt rushed, and some parts came across a bit dodgy, which made me nervous. I also wasn’t fully confident in the overall quality of the service. I wouldn’t book with them again.

"Route timing really doesn't work for me"
The bus itself was fine, but the route just isn’t practical for me. It drops me off with way too much walking, and the timing makes it even more frustrating because I end up either rushing or waiting around. it’s just not very convenient.

"Kept Promising Updates, But I Had to Chase"
I had to follow up a few times before I finally got a real answer from customer service. They kept saying someone would get back to me soon, but that didn’t really happen, which was frustrating. The reply I got in the end was fine, but waiting days for basic help after being promised updates wasn’t a great experience...

"Canceling was more frustrating than expected"
I tried to cancel my booking and it turned into more of a hassle than I expected. The replies were slow and the information I got wasn’t very clear, though to be fair, the person I spoke with did seem like they were trying to help. I’m still not totally sure the cancellation went through properly, which is a bit stressful. Not sure I’d use them again.

I don’t know, maybe I missed something, but the site didn’t really make me feel confident using it. Some of the info felt kind of unclear, and I got a weird vibe from it quickly. I ended up not trusting it much and probably wouldn’t use it again...
